It’s perfect for those who have a clear idea of what they need help with and want to make progress quickly.

  • We recommend bringing any relevant materials, such as images, floor plans, sketches, or inspiration boards. Having these ready will allow us to dive straight into your questions and provide the most effective advice.

  • We aim to cover as much as possible within the one-hour session, but the amount we can address will depend on the complexity of your questions and how prepared you are. Prioritizing your key concerns will help maximize the value of the session.

  • Yes, you can reschedule your consultation up to 72 hours in advance. You’re allowed one reschedule within 30 days of the original booking date, subject to availability. Any further changes or cancellations will result in forfeiture without a refund.

  • The Power Hour is a standalone service, but if you find that you need further assistance, we offer a range of design services that can be tailored to your ongoing needs. You can also book additional Power Hour Consultation session, subject to availability. We’d be happy to discuss how we can continue to support your project.

  • There is no follow-up included with the Power Hour Consultation. The session is designed to provide immediate, actionable advice within the one-hour timeframe. If you require further assistance, you may book an additional Power Hour session or explore our additional design services.

  • We guarantee that you’ll receive actionable, professional advice tailored to your specific situation. However, the success of any advice depends on how it is implemented, and we cannot guarantee the outcomes of your decisions. No refunds will be provided for Consultation services.
