Return Policy

Overview

We hope you love your 643 Laurel items, but in the event that you are unsatisfied, we accept select returns for store credit within 14 days of purchase or shipment.

Unused items in their original packaging will be accepted for store credit. All items must be unused, in 100% original condition with the tags attached to be approved. All qualifying purchases from December, 1st, 2023 through December 24th, 2023 are eligible for an extended return policy until January 15th, 2023.

For online orders, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

All custom orders, made to order items, furniture, vintage items, antique items, seasonal items, artwork, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

In the instance a non-returnable or final sale item is approved for a return, a credit will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. All credits are issued as a store credit certificate.

Returning a Damaged Item

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email contact@jaimiebelew.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will assist you right away.
